Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and product demonstrations.
Manage the sales process from discovery through to negotiation and closing.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other teams at Coworkrz.
First point of contact for any enquiries from prospective or existing clients.
Responsible for sales of Co-working space.
Ensuring client satisfaction with periodic surveys and reviews
Responsible for all marketing promotions including writing news releases to promote the event, help to design posters or brochures or pamphlets.
Responsible to establish contacts and long-term relationship with other similar organisations to partner with and offer programs that benefit members like discounts, special rates etc.,
