Apni Shala’s vision is to equip all children with the attitudes and skills they need to bring about positive change in themselves and in society.

Apni Shala Fellowship is one year, full-time, paid fellowship programme for graduates from any discipline, with a passion to work with children. The fellowship is an opportunity for aspiring educators and counsellors to hone their skills with hands-on field experience. The fellows will be coached throughout the year by the experienced programmes team at Apni Shala

Eligibility

• Graduates from psychology, sociology or education courses.
• If not a graduate from the above courses, candidates should have a prior experience of working with· children directly.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Hindi or Marathi
• Experience of leadership in any capacity.
• Willing to commit one year to the fellowship
