The UNPF’s mission is to provide the World’s youth with access to proper sexual health education and to empower them to make responsible and safe decisions regarding their reproductive rights.

They also seek to balance gender inequality and work towards a world with lesser birthing mortality and happier families.

Fellows will undergo leadership training for a period of three months (July-September 2016), before they are placed in a management operations role for a period of nine months, continuing their fellowship in various Headquarters work units such as: Human Resources, Finance, Management Information Systems, Communications, or External Affairs.

Duration: 1 year
