Travel Sales Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients’ preferences, budget, and travel objectives.
  • · Research and stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry offerings.
  • · Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  • · Collaborate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and tour operators, to secure the best rates and options for clients.
  • · Offer guidance on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
  • · Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
  • · Resolve any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip.
  • · Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry news to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.
  • · Upsell and promote additional travel services, such as travel insurance, guided tours, or special packages.
  • · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences in the CRM system.
  • · Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the travel agency.

Desired Job Profile (Preferred Female Candidate)

  • · Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Knowledge about the Multiple Destinations like Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Kashmir, Kerala & many more.
  • · In-depth knowledge of various destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
  • · Strong understanding of travel booking systems and online travel tools.
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and travel suppliers.
  • · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • · Proficient computer skills and experience with travel industry software.
  • · Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • · Attention to detail and accuracy in booking and documentation.
  • · Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate client needs.
  • · Certification in travel and tourism or a related field is a plus.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
