The Opportunity
The internship program offers formal instruction in project finance, financial statement analysis, and financial markets. Analyst interns should possess a basic understanding of financial concepts and investment banking operations, including knowledge of accounting principles and financial markets, as well as the specific tasks they will perform. Successful interns may be invited to join Agentis in a full-time position upon completing the internship.
Your Contribution
As an analyst intern, you can expect to be challenged from day one by complex, high-pressure assignments that will directly impact our clients and the firm. As a member of our advisory team, you will work closely in groups led by senior partners and will have exposure to a wide variety of transactions within a performance-based culture.
Your role will include:
Participating in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships
Assisting in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors
Developing asset valuations using a variety of approaches
Preparing client presentations and participating in discussions
Assisting the senior team in the evaluation of investment opportunities and management of existing investments
Researching potential investment banking opportunities; providing research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
Maintaining marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitch decks to be presented to potential clients
Developing deep insights on the market, company and product knowledge across sub-sectors
Fostering good relationships with colleagues globally

Your Skills and Experience
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in commerce or engineering
Entering your penultimate year of study (graduation by summer 2025)
Demonstrated strong academic performance (minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0)
Proven interest in investment banking through extracurricular activities, internships, or competitions
Proficiency in conveying complex ideas verbally and in writing
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Eager to take on increasing responsibilities and find solutions to complex problems
Committed to delivering accurate and thorough work within tight deadlines
Quick learner and adaptable to fast-paced work environments
