This examination is held once a year, generally in the month of march.

Age Limit : Not exceeding 28 yrs on the first August of the year of examination.

Educational Qualification : Master’s degree in English/Hindi with Hindi/English as compulsory and  elective subject at degree level or Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main Subject
