• Area of research interest from the given below:
  • Astrophysical Relativity
  • Fluid Dynamics and Turbulence
  • Mathematics
  • Physical Biology
  • Statistical Physics
  • Condensed Matter, String Theory and Quantum Gravity
• A write-up in not more than 250 words describing interest in the preferred field of study
• At least two professional referees (duly filled in by teachers or persons with whom the candidate has interacted academically) with the following details:
  • Names
  • Designation
  • Affiliation addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email address
• Referee Reports (at least from two referees mentioned above) duly filled in by teachers or persons with whom you have interacted academically
