Arts & design, social sciences, literary, architecture, philosophy and psychology are the areas of preference for this scholarship. After successful completion of honor’s or master’s degree with first class from a university or college located in India one can apply for the scholarship.

Furthermore they has to ensure they have completed the method to enroll them for any recommended university located overseas so they can produce a letter to be eligible for the scholarship.

The age limit would be preferably not exceeding 30 years.

Short term post graduate or post doctoral research candidates are exempted from this age bar.

 Students must fulfill the criteria of maintain a good and extra-ordinary record throughout their academic field.
