Leaders for Tomorrow Foundation conducts a year-long paid fellowships on Leadership in Social Development.

The fellowship provides young and aspiring development professionals an opportunity to lead a development initiative.

The fellowship provides a platform for them to network with development professionals and leaders and also meet visionaries and leaders in the development sector and public service.

The fellows work on individual research thesis project on a development issue under the guidance of an eminent mentor. They are also required to write regular articles/columns on development issues.

They get hands on experience in day-to-day NGO management by leading various development campaigns and projects.

The application procedure for the fellowships begin in the month of December every year and are open to any youth who has completed their graduation.
