A Swaniti Fellow is a ‘full-time’ employee of Swaniti Initiative who works with several Parliamentarians on a host of developmental issues with the intent of supporting them find and implement solutions. A Swaniti fellow is answerable to the elected official and the team for all activities, which range from research to program implementation.

Eligibility:

 Our Fellows come from diverse backgrounds and there is no mandatory requirement to posses a public policy/social service background/degree
