About the retreat: The aim of the retreat is to help individuals take a break from the consumeristic world they are living in and help them understand themselves better through a series of activities happening in the calmness of the beautiful Himalayas.

Batch size: Event happens in a batch size of 10-15 for a time period of 3 days.

Venue: Venue of the retreat shall be Deer Park Institute in Bir, District Kangra of Himachal Pradesh. The venue is easily accessible via road, rail and air.
