IIM Kashipur’s Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) is a non-residential doctoral programme designed to address the academic and research needs of working professionals from business, government and social sector. Fellow programmes of IIMs are accorded equivalence to Ph.D by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Eligibility:

• A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average with a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) (OR)
• Five year integrated Masters Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent (OR)
• A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average (OR)
• 4 years / 8 semester bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch. etc.) with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average.

* Minimum 10 years of managerial/executive work experience is required.

** In addition, all the candidates should have secured a minimum of 55 % marks in all their previous public examinations starting with the secondary level.

Programme Fees: Rs. 5.5 Lakhs over the 4 year period

Duration:The thesis should be submitted within 4 years from the date of registration
