Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public  healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality  healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the  last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Taking care of proper health of the assets handed over like 0% breakage of assets
• Internal & External Team Relationship. The ability to relate to, and interact with, people from diverse psychological,  social and cultural backgrounds.
• Understanding Beneficiary Requirements and adhering to operational protocols with 100 % accuracy. Ability to  apply knowledge of psychopathology in identifying the mental health condition of an individual and sending SMS  for proper referral advice to the Beneficiary
• Data Capturing, beneficiaries’ details with 100 % accuracy
• Ability to apply essential counseling skills & adequate information about HIV/AIDS and utilize a variety of  therapeutic approaches to conduct mental health crisis intervention
• Feedback registration if required.
• Adherence to Average Call Handling Time i.e.< 270 seconds
• Adherence to Attendance & Punctuality at rate of 100%
• Must secure > 90 % in periodic test of Soft Skills.
• Must attend training minimum of 45 hours per year.

Experience required 

• Any Graduate with similar experience.

• Ability to speak fluently in Assamese Language.

• Local candidates will be given preference.
