The B Impact Fellowship is a two-year program with year one focused on learning from the leaders—Certified B Corporations and B Lab itself—and year two focused on leveraging that learning to enable all companies to measure what matters.

 Junior Fellows are recent graduates or young professionals with 1-2 years of work experience.

 Senior Fellows are typically midcareer professionals who are graduating with their MBA or who have at least 5-8 years’ of professional experience and are looking to take the next step of their career in the impact economy.

Junior and senior fellows receive an annual living stipend and completion bonus.
