- Only first-generation college students are eligible to apply for the program.
- Participants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or technical program. (Note: those enrolled in a postgraduate or a master’s program will not be eligible)

The global Aspire Leaders Program is a fully funded 14-week online leadership program offered by the Aspire Institute. It has been designed to help students unlock their potential and become well-rounded professionals.

- Live Interactive Masterclasses: Virtual sessions led by renowned faculty members from Harvard and other world-class educators. These sessions will help to instill and boost critical thinking capabilities.
- Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of each module, the participants will receive a certificate.
- Grant and Mentorship Opportunities: A seed funding of ₹85,000 to help in taking risks and starting an initiative that might positively affect social impact in the community or region. To avail this seed funding, students will have to submit a project proposal.
