Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the artist management team to research and identify talented artists on platforms like Instagram, Youtube.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with artists, clients, and team members through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other documents to organize and track event-related data.
• Embrace a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Work closely with the team to support various aspects of event planning and execution.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Freshers from any field, with a preference for those with a background in events or the arts.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management.
• Comfortable with using social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Availability to actively communicate on WhatsApp when required.
• Willingness to engage in phone calls with artists.
• A genuine interest in the event industry and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
