Zonta International organisation works to improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health and professional status of women at the global and local level through service and advocacy.

The Amelia Earhart Fellowship is awarded annually to women pursuing Ph.D./doctoral degrees in aerospace-related sciences or aerospace-related engineering.

Eligibility:  

• Women of any nationality pursuing a Ph.D./doctoral degree who demonstrate a superior academic record in the field of aerospace-related sciences or aerospace-related engineering are eligible.
• Applicants must be registered in a full-time Ph.D./doctoral program when funds are received.

Monetary Support: The Fellowship of US$10,000, awarded to 35 Fellows around the globe each year, may be used at any university or college offering accredited post-graduate courses and degrees in these fields.

Duration: 1 year
