YES BANK’s vision in founding YES ASPIRE to Innovate is to provide a grooming platform for aspiring young leaders, who would lead India into the next wave of socio economic growth.

This thought leadership initiative rewards 30 exceptional scholars every year for their entrepreneurial vision, leadership qualities, holistic academic performance and above all the passion to excel.

Application Procedure:

Eligible students can fill in their details in the application form available with the heads of their institutions

• Selection Procedure:

  The Scholarships entail the following process:

  • The 250 applicants from India’s top 25 B-schools will be evaluated on the basis of their academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular achievements and other details filled in application form along with an online assessment test.
  • The top 100 students basis the application form and online assessment test will be requested to share a 1000 word essay on ”My YES ASPIRE” ations
  • The essay could be in text or video format. Innovations in format of essay would be encouraged
  • The essays would be reviewed by our esteemed jury
  • The top 50 candidates basis a combination of the application and the essay would be allotted a YES Mentor – a key member of YES BANK’s Senior Management
  • Each of the top 50 students would be invited for an interview with our jury in Mumbai which will determine the 30 YES ASPIRE Scholars
  • The interviews will be held in Mumbai for which the shortlisted candidates will be provided accommodation and travel reimbursement

REWARD: The program will provide a scholarship of INR 2,00,000 to each YES ASPIRE scholar in addition to the opportunity to participate in various exclusive knowledge events throughout the year.
