Brief description:

Vidyadhan Uttar Pradesh Class 11 and 12 Scholarship Program 2023 is an initiative by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation for Class 10 passed students, currently studying in Class 11 or 12 at a recognized institution in Uttar Pradesh. Established in 1999 by SD Shibulal (Co-founder and former CEO, Infosys) and Kumari Shibulal, (Sarojini Damodaran Foundation), this financial support helps to transform the lives of the underprivileged students in society by contributing to their higher education. The selected students will receive INR 10,000 per annum.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must –
• have completed the Class 10/SSC exam in the year 2023 from Uttar Pradesh
• have scored 80% or obtained an 8 CGPA in Class 10/SSC examination (Note – The cut-off mark for students with disability is 70% or 7 CGPA)
• have a family annual income of less than INR 2,00,000

Benefits

The selected students will receive INR 10,000 per annum.

• Class 10 marksheet (Note – If the original marksheet is not available, the applicant can upload a provisional/online marksheet from the SSLC/CBSE/ICSC website.)
• Income Certificate (from a competent authority; ration card not accepted)
