Brief Description:
SSL Apprenticeship for Graduate/Diploma Holders 2023-24 is an opportunity offered by Sambhar Salts Limited (a govt. enterprise)* to graduate and diploma holders. A total of 13 seats are available to apply for this programme. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 9,000 for this one-year apprenticeship programme.
*It is a company fully owned by the Government of India to take over the salt sources at Sambhar, Didwana, and Kharaghoda.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must –
For Graduates:
1. Have a degree in Engineering or Technology (full-time) granted by a statutory university/an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline
2. Have appeared for a graduation examination of professional bodies (full-time) recognised by the state government or the central government
For Diploma Holders:
- be a diploma holder in engineering or technology (full-time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education
- be a diploma holder in engineering or technology (full-time) granted by a university in relevant disciplines
- be a diploma holder in engineering or technology (full-time) granted by a government-recognised institution
Note –
1. The age limit will be followed according to the Apprenticeship rules.
2. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC will be made according to the guidelines of the Apprenticeship rules.

How to Apply
1. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the job through e-mail latest by 30 June 2023.
2. All the eligible applicants need to send the e following documents through email at hr.sambhar@indiansalt.com on or before 30-Jun-2023 by mentioning the subject line Subject of the Email: “Application for Graduate Apprenticeship in 2023” and “Application for Technician Apprenticeship in 2023” for Graduate and Diploma holders respectively
3. Engineering Graduates/Engineering Diploma holders are requested to register in the NATS portal http://www.mhrdnats.gov.in to generate 16 Digit NATS ID if they have not registered yet. This NATS ID will be used for online Contract Creation with Sambhar Salts Limited in the NATS portal for your apprenticeship Training.
4. For General Graduates (Non-Engineering Graduates), their NATS ID will be initiated after selection/joining for Apprenticeship Training through a company(Sambhar Salts Limited).
