- be a citizen or legal permanent resident of Australia, India, Japan, or the United States or any of the 10 ASEAN countries – Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam
- be at least 18 years of age at the time of application submission
- hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a STEM field by August 2024
- have a demonstrated record of superior academic achievement at the undergraduate level
Note:-
- Applicants must have already applied to an eligible STEM graduate program at a US-based university to begin the 2024-2025 academic year.
- If applicants are currently enrolled in a master’s or Ph.D. program in the United States, they must be enrolled full-time in an eligible STEM graduate program for the full 2024-2025 academic year.
- Clinical healthcare degree programs such as doctorates of medicine or Masters of nursing are ineligible.
