OzhiMayam”- a startup gateway is a state level Startup competition, conducted as part of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation vertical organized by Confederation of Indian Industry & Young Indians, Salem Chapter

ELIGIBILITY

OzhiMayam is a business plan competition for college students and early stage entrepreneurs who have a business idea or venture in mind. The Contest encourages plans for new businesses, as well as from early stage companies. .

OBJECTIVE OF THE CONTEST

• To identify mainstream entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and informing them of opportunities and investors, apart from connecting them to the right resources.
• To give them an experience in innovation and entrepreneurship and their ideas will be appropriately awarded with a citation and prize money.

 The program aims at enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tamil Nadu and also introduces the students to take up the culture of entrepreneurship
