Brief Description:

The main aim of  L’Oréal BOOST is to create an online webinar session for Undergraduate or Postgraduate students with learning content, to up-skill their ability to enter the industrial area to add on many other qualities that will benefit them during the employment process. The L’oreal Boost will provide young students with the necessary skills and adaptability to fulfill the requirements and demands of industrial areas or employers and bridge the gap between the academics and professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

• The age of the candidate should be from 18 to 30 years.
• Students from ITI diplomas, vocational courses, under-graduation, and post-graduation in professional courses are eligible.
• Students should be a part of PAN India.
• The candidate’s annual family income from all the sources should not be more than Rs. 8,00,000.
• The candidate’s work experience should not be more than 5 years.
• Students must be enrolled in Graduation or post-graduation courses from the Universities or Institutes that are not included in the NIRF List.

• L’Oréal BOOST Scholarship has been implemented by the Loreal Foundation for students from Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.
• It will help to create an online webinar session for the Undergraduate or Postgraduate students with learning content, to up-skill their ability to enter the industrial area to add on many other qualities that will benefit them during the employment process.

• Students need to attend the online webinar sessions which contain information related to Time Management, Communication skills, Resume building, and many more.
• After attending the online upskilling webinars, a candidate will need to pass a merit-based test in order to be chosen for one-on-one mentoring with a L’Oréal mentor and for a three-month free subscription that gives them unlimited access to 34 Coursera courses.
• 11 courses on Essential Digital, e-commerce, and Data Skills
• 14 courses on People Skills & Essential Business Skills
• 5 courses on Sustainability Skills
• 4 courses on Business English proficiency
