Brief Description:

JNU New Delhi Special Centre for Molecular Medicine Research Assistantship 2022 is an opportunity offered by the Special Centre for Molecular Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru University to graduate degree holders in Engineering/Medicine/Pharma or Science (with first class or above). The candidate is required to work on a DST-SERB-funded project entitled – “Functional Characterization of Cell Division Protein FtsZ and its Co-ordination with DNA Replication in Human Pathogenic Bacteria Helicobacter Pylori”. The selected candidate will receive a salary as per the norms of the university and funding agency.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must – 

  • be graduate degree holders in Engineering/Medicine/Pharma or Science (with first class or above)
  • have a minimum of two years of research experience in molecular/cell biology techniques as per the requirement of the project

Note –

The candidate should preferably be with a Life Sciences background.
