The ISID Scientific Exchange Fellowship Program enables early career infectious disease researchers to extend their research experience in institutions outside of their region.

These awards are not restricted to physicians and are intended to support young scientists from developing countries in updating their knowledge of new, relevant laboratory techniques or in learning specific skills and techniques.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be younger than 40 years and already working in a research area but have not had the opportunity to work or to study outside their country or region.

Duration: 3 months

Monetary Support: US $7,500.
