Ideosync envisions a world where all communities are empowered with communication and information sharing skills, tools, technology and infrastructure.

 IUIF hopes to lead the fellows on to the path to understanding Communication and Media from a rights perspective and leverage its power to create new inroads for information creation, access and sharing, leading to better social, political and economic outcomes for the most marginalized communities of India.

It will also equip the selected fellow in basic media skills of writing and creating audio visual content as well as understanding policy and research methodologies in this space

• The IUIF fellows will undergo the same selection process as all India Fellows, with an additional interview at the end that will be conducted by experts from Ideosync and UNESCO. It is important that you fill up the final section of the India Fellow online application form to be eligible for consideration for IUIF.
• Training:IUIF is an add-on over India Fellow. So all structures and processes of India Fellow will be applicable. In addition there will be a total of 4 weeks additional training (spread into a few days extra after every India Fellow training) on various aspects of communication and media essential to understanding and working in this space.
