This scholarship is in the memory of Babulal Nagarmal Satnalika, who had great regards for education and wanted to see every child get education to transform the community and the world at large. He specially believed that the women empowerment through education is the best way to bring about a positive change and uplifting the society.

Female students from West Bengal studying from Class 1 to 12 with 80% academic score throughout with annual family income less than INR 3 LPA.
