The Summer Fellowship is an 8-week programme, made up of two paid consecutive four-week placements, working in two of Ogilvy’s group companies, based in Canary Wharf and Paddington (London).

Our graduate scheme is a 2-year programme that offers a holistic view of the creative industries. Throughout your time on the Fellowship, you’ll work with industry-leading talent to deliver creative ideas that bring business results to internationally recognised brands.

We recruit graduates into 2 departments – Account Management and Account Planning
The Account Planning Fellowship is a 2-year programme consisting of a 6-week induction, and then four 6-month placements in the Planning departments.
The Account Management Fellowship is a 3-year programme, consisting of a 6-week induction, followed by three 1-year placements in the Account Management departments.
